and it's finally dooone TuT It's a group pic with mine and my two friends's Pokemon trainers ;u;/
and i'm kinda dissapointed :'D It didn't turn the way i wanted TuT And i'm sure it's one of those pic where i worked for days and will get like.. 5 comments or so <x'D
Sooo Ivy's (the girl at the front) perspective failed ;u; I don't know how people do that TuT Roxy's (the black/Pink girl) Pose is painful xD i tried it and it hurt my back xD And Riley (the boy) well... it's the first time i shadet a topless guy xD
The clouds look a bit too uhm.. "Thick" xD But i fail at clouds anyway xD and i don't even remember when i did clouds the last time >3<
And for the water... I always wanted to be able to draw water, but it's just too hard xD My friend showed me a tutorial (which i'll link as soon as i found it again) But i still failed xD
Oh and btw the Zorua is small because it's still a baby xD
Okay first, the background is amazing! I love the clouds they look SO realistic, but the thing i'm not really liking is the water..but we get the feeling that they're at a beach but it could have been more shiner and realistic. I love the characters. They could have been a bit darker not so light. (Sort of tanned) Also, i think you could have added some sunlight, if you wanted them to look really shiny like this, i would have encouraged or placed some sunlight in the picture, but overall it's kawaii ;o; and amazing In My opinion the hair is way to shiny. But I love it. It looks cute and cartoony. (i keep saying cute ;a The eyes bring a pop of colour and it's the first thing u notice and i think that's the thing i love about this artwork the most, the eyes look so magical and colourful, i'd look at them all day trying to draw them haha I can understand the feelings you show in your drawings, trying to set the mood of the characters/animals or what-not, i love the pokemon feel to it, the animals used aren't original but they're YOUR design. I love the originality in this.
I can only start off with how amazing this is! You can see every detail. I could stare at this piece for hours and discover something new about it. This piece is very original. I am to understand they are customized characters, perhaps? Even if not, they are nothing I have seen before. I watched a very small part of this piece be done. I absolutely awed at the technique this artist used. She used a tablet and spent what seemed like forever just doing one strand of hair! I love the way she did the water to signify waves or just the right bit of lighting. This had a HUGE impact on me. Even though my profession is chibis, I wish to draw with this much detail. The eyes alone instantly attract the attention of the viewers. This piece is really stunning and you don't see very much like them. :3
Yeah, you're right about the pose for the girl on the left, it's actually a reoccuring issue in comics, most people call it the boobs&butt pose. It'd require no spine basically, should probably try to avoid it, it throws off the entirety of the character. The rest looks pretty okay, though!
You probably get asked this a lot... and I'm sorry for probably asking an annoying question...but what program do you use to color o: this is just amazing...
